इस स्तर पर बच्चे को जैन धर्म की मूल अवधारणाओं के बारे में पता चलता है। जैन धर्म के मूल मंत्रों और दिन-प्रतिदिन धार्मिक और व्यावहारिक गतिविधियों को सिखाता है जिन्हें जीवन में संस्कारित किया जाना चाहिए।
